    twork of thirty-two Hispanic organized community based organizations in=
     New Jersey.  He previously had nearly twenty-five years international =
    experience in working with non-profits.  He was program director in Nor=
    theast Brazil and Assistant South America Regional Director for Catholi=
    c Relief Services and Latin America Director for PACT, a consortium of =
    international development organizations. =20=0D=0A=0D=0ADaniel served in 1997-98 on the Governor's Blue Ribbon Panel on Child Prote=
    ction Services and in 1999 on the Governor's Early Childhood Advisory C=
    ommission.  In 2000 he was a founding Delegate of the Latino Leadership=
     Alliance of New Jersey and continues to serve as Chair of their Policy=
     Committee.  He is also Secretary on the board of the NJ Immigration Po=
    licy Network.  In 2005, he co-chaired Governor Corzine=C2=92s Departmen=
    t of Human Services transition advisory group.=0D=0A=0D=0ADaniel received his B.A. from Harvard College.  He was a Fulbright scholar =
    in Brazil and completed his graduate work in Political Science and Lati=
    n American Studies at Stanford University.  He is fluent in both Portug=
    uese and Spanish.
