HDANJ Latino Workers Survey |

In 2007, 13 participating agencies in a Hispanic Directors Association of New Jersey project interviewed over 500 clients in seven counties. Demographic, income, skills, employment and desired training (among other areas) were collected. Analysis was done to discern potential programmatic strategies to better tap the rapidly growing Latino work force via collaboration between the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the HDANJ.
